Mam, plz post video about how to get complete protein for vegetarians.
Eg :
1.Rice 100 gms sapita , to balance missing/less amino acids in rice, how much dhal /beans taken
2. Diary products alone complete. Is Rice /roti together with paneer is complete ?
3. Do we really need to take foods in this way as some amino acids are less only and not totally missing?
